We left Sonoma on Thursday (pretty sure the neighbors could hear all of our wine bottles clanking as we backed out of the driveway), and made our way up the coast to a small coastal town called Trinidad.

Able to quickly identify a few places to sit and enjoy some of the wine we have toted along...

We do have some loud neighbors though... and they bark all day and night! That's okay - they are very amusing and it's fun to watch them through the telescope...

We took a beautiful afternoon hike...

... and then a curtain of fog came across the water

We headed down to the beach and watched a couple of kids surfing - guess they have practice avoiding the rocks!

Ended the day with a BBQ ... some wine ... and time in the hot tub while another wave of fog rolled in. Love the Pacific Northwest!
